Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All of our items are made to order and have a 2-5 day production time. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after production. Items could take anywhere between 2-10 days from order date to ship.

Shipments and deliveries can occur on weekends and holidays. Due to coronavirus, our production and shipping is experiencing delays. Especially on our international orders.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number once available.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Ly&Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Ly&Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however, if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Returns Policy

All sales are final. All items are made to order and delivered through drop shipping, and unfortunately, we are not able to provide exchanges and returns at this time. In the case you were sent an incorrect or defective item, contact us at info@lyandco.la with a photo. We are happy to replace these items.
